Two big guys, probably from Queens, stuffed into that little thing. I thought it was Trumpfuckery - they’d close a bunch of streets in the W 40s and Fifth Avenue. Turned out to be a police funeral. They sure did turn out.

In our more rural area they use those for limited access areas. Kind of like a first responder but for dense areas.
